Ingredients
- 3 thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Combine the cucumbers and red onion in a large bowl.
