Ingredients

  • 4oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chives
  • 1 tsp fresh Dill, Thyme, Rosemary (or combination)
  • 1 tsp Lemon or Lime Juice

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients with a rubber spatula until creamy.
2. Serve with sliced veggies, crackers, toast or bagels; or substitute for the hummus in Hummus and Veggie Wraps.
