Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries, diced
  • 1 medium Banana, diced
  • 2 cups fat-free yogurt (plain or Vanilla)

Instructions

1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
3. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
4. Run molds under hot running water until popsicles can pull out easily to serve.

TIPS
Use small paper cups and wooden sticks if you cannot find popsicle molds.
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
Try with blackberries, blueberries, cherries, or raspberries.

ERDBEER BANANEN EIS

Zutaten
170 g Erdbeeren
1 mittelgrosse Banane
500g fettarmer/fettfreier Joghurt (Vanille)

Zubereitung
1. Die Banane schälen und grob zerkleinern.
2. Die Erdbeeren putzen.
3. Banane, Erdbeeren grob zerkleinert mit Joghurt verrühren.
4. In Eisförmchen für Eis am Stil füllen und ca. 6 Stunden gefrieren lassen.
5. Unter heissem Wasser Eisförmchen lösen.
