Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and then each half into 6 wedges.
3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
4. Toss gently to coat.
5. Place wedges on a baking sheet so they do not overlap.
6. Bake until very tender.
