Fun Activities for Kids

Play is a great way to teach nutrition in a fun and interactive way.

Here are some great activities you can do with your kids to make healthy living fun!

  1. Sorting Groceries – Have your child help put away the groceries after a trip to the store. This is a great way to talk about healthy foods and encourage healthy eating.
  2. Coloring Pages – Look for coloring pages of fruits and vegetables. Kids love coloring, so coloring their favorite healthy foods is a great way to reinforce their value.
  3. Play outside – Staying active is important to healthy lifestyle. When the weather allows, unplug and enjoy some outdoor play.
