Remember, although WIC was founded with the goal of helping women, men can also apply for WIC if they have kids under the age of 5 years.
If you could only give one piece of advice about nutrition to the general community, what would it be?
Try to always eat healthy by adding vegetables, fruits, and water to your daily diet.
