What do you enjoy about WIC?
I enjoy being able to see parents and their families and learning about their goals, challenges, and successes. It is rewarding to be a part of their journey in making and/or maintaining positive changes in their nutrition and health.
What do you do enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy gardening, baking/cooking, and playing with my two cats and two dogs!
What is one thing you want the community to know about nutrition?
Variety and balance is key. Small changes over time can have a big impact!
