What do you enjoy about WIC?
I am happy to be in a position where I can educate, motivate, and inspire participants to reach their nutrition goals, and to make healthy lifestyle changes.
What do you do enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time outdoors, exercising, and hanging out with my dog!
What is one thing you want the community to know about nutrition?
I want the community to know that health and nutrition does not mean eating the blandest foods! Instead, it encompasses incorporating foods you like, enjoying foods with friends and family, and choosing foods that make you feel your best!
