Back to Catholic Charities of Rockville Centre WIC Program-Nassau

Week One: Have 5 serving of vegetables per day

Week Two: 8 ounces of Water 8 times a day

Week Three: 30 mins of exercises per day

Week Four:  Eat at least 50% of grains as whole grains

  • Come in and talk to our Nutrition staff on portions size
  • What vegetables are best to eat
  • Start walking and getting  FIT WIC for the Spring
  • Come in get some quick and easy recipes
