Attention WIC Participants:
There will be a brief maintenance outage that will impact both NYWIC and WIC2Go on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 between the hours of 7:00-11:59 PM. The outage should last approximately 5-10 minutes.
NYWIC, WIC2Go, and the connectivity to the EBT Service Provider – Conduent, are not available.
Participants are able to shop with benefits that were issued before the outage; however, NYWIC services are not available and WIC2Go is not available to check benefit balances, WIC appointments/notifications, approved foods list, UPC scanner, or clinic/store locator.
