Eligibility

During the first part of your WIC appointment, a staff member will verify your proof of identification, address and income documents to ensure that you are eligible for WIC. They will also perform weight and height measurements, and an iron test (if needed).

Nutrition

Once you are deemed eligible for WIC, you'll meet with one of our Nutritionists. They will conduct a health assessment and focus on nutrition and health concerns that you have for you and your family.

An eWIC card is like a debit card. You can use your eWIC card to buy WIC-approved foods at grocery stores that accept WIC. Your local WIC agency will add your family’s benefits to your eWIC account.
