16 Days a Month!

Active Living is important to all of our areas of wellbeing; our complete physical, mental and social parts of wellness need balance and care. These focus areas have priority in our lives for us to be a stronger person, mom, dad, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, grandparent and social members of our community.

We are putting out a challenge to become more aware of your health and come with us and  make 16 days out of the month active ones. Take a yoga class, go for a walk with family, friends and pets, and find a path at a state parkwith a beautiful view.physical-activity-160x169
